Luke Bryan has announced that he will no longer be performing at the 2023 Watershed Festival. The country superstar took to social media to share the news with his fans, apologizing for letting them down.
Brian O'Connell, President of Live Nation Country, revealed that Lainey Wilson would be filling in as the headliner for the festival. O'Connell also mentioned that concertgoers will receive a partial refund for their tickets due to the lineup change.
This news comes after Bryan had to cancel his concert in Boise, Idaho, and postpone his show in Salt Lake City, Utah, due to illness. Bryan explained on social media that he sought medical attention and is following his doctor's guidelines.
Bryan's brand-new single, "But I Got A Beer In My Hand," is currently making its way up the Country radio charts. He is also in the midst of his headlining Country On Tour, which features up-and-coming artists as his opening acts. Additionally, Bryan will be embarking on his 14th annual Farm Tour later this year.
The Farm Tour aims to bring big-city tours to rural communities and allows Bryan to connect with farmers and their families. The tour will visit five farms across several states. Kameron Marlowe, Chayce Beckham, Peach Pickers, and DJ Rock will serve as support on the Farm Tour.
Bryan expressed his excitement about the upcoming shows and the opportunity to bring joy to farming communities. More information about the Farm Tour can be found on Bryan's website.
