John Stamos recently shared a photo on Instagram that pays tribute to the late Bob Saget and keeps his memory alive. The picture depicts the Full House cast gathered outside the iconic San Francisco home that served as the Tanner family's residence on the show. Alongside Saget and Stamos, the photo includes costars Dave Coulier, Andrea Barber, Jodie Sweetin, and Candace Cameron Bure. Stamos, who is now 60 years old, captioned the photo as "one of the last pictures of all of us in San Fran in front of the iconic Painted Lady.
"Saget tragically passed away in January 2022 at the age of 65, causing immense grief for the cast. In a joint statement, the Full House family expressed their sorrow and the impact Saget had on them. They acknowledged that their TV family had become a real family over the span of 35 years and that Saget's comedic genius had brought them countless moments of laughter. The statement concluded with a heartfelt request to honor Saget by embracing loved ones and cherishing the importance of meaningful connections.The statement was signed by series creator Jeff Franklin and stars including Stamos, Coulier, Barber, Sweetin, Cameron Bure, Lori Loughlin, Scott Weinger, and Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.While the Olsen twins did not participate in the Fuller House revival on Netflix, several members of the original cast came together for the reboot, which aired for five seasons starting in 2016. The show followed the Tanner kids in their adult lives.As for the possibility of another reboot, Stamos expressed hesitation in moving forward without Saget. He confessed that it simply wouldn't be the same without him.
